lord'sprayer Right in the middle of the middle of the Sermon on the Mount--the middle of Matthew 6--Jesus encourages us to pray "like this," and he gives us a model prayer that has become known as the Lord's Prayer. But far from simply a prayer form to be prayed as is, and even beyond a prayer to be verbally prayed at all, looked at from an Aramaic point of view, the Lord's Prayer actually becomes a way of life to be lived out instead of spoken out. This series takes each of the five lines of the Lord's Prayer in sequence and then takes a look at the prayer as a whole.
